Douglas C. Gardner is a senior partner and head of the Consumer Law Department. Mr. Gardner is AV rated and has been certified by the Arizona State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Family Law cases. He is a member of the Arizona State Bar, and the Maricopa County Bar Association. He has helped thousands of clients work through difficult legal issues. 

With both a law degree and an MBA from ASU, he is uniquely qualified to address many of the complex financial issues that arise in divorce and family law cases, including business valuations, real estate issues, complex tax issues, QDROs and divisions of retirement accounts, and bankruptcy issues that all cross over into family law and divorce cases.
